Authored by Chakung Jigme Wangdrak Rinpoche with the ongoing support of Anam Thubten and the Dharmata Foundation, this book is published by Shambhala Publications with endorsements from Sharon Salzburg, Rick Hanson, James Baraz, Norman Fischer, and Publisher’s Weekly.

Chakung Jigme Wangdrak Rinpoche will present his book and will be joined by Anam Thubten. Following these talks, there will be a book signing, music and a complimentary lunch offered by the Dharmata Foundation.
